Quality Policy

Concrete Cutting Sydney is committed to the achievement of high quality standards in all of its operations. Quality forms the part of every operation in our organisation and the responsibility rests with all our people.

The policy begins from the initial marketing contact, where we establish the client requirements through on-site job assessment or from plans provided by the client, followed by quotation and proposal submission. Quality then covers processing the order or agreement, supervision, project operation and finally invoicing the client.

All sections of the company are responsible for continually improving the Quality Process. Quality is defined as conformance to client requirements.

Our quality policy objective at Concrete Cutting Sydney is to develop long term profitable client relationships through meeting or exceeding clients' and statutory requirements all the while seeking to continually improve the service that we provide.

All employees have been trained to understand the objective and commitment required to maintain an effective quality system, with all new employees being trained as part of the company induction process. This Policy and quality objectives will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
